Pop, Chips, and a Bar | Woodstock Portrait Session

They say “Get out of your comfort zone” or “Do something that scares you every day” or how about “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”. While I do somewhat believe in those quotes, whoever said them clearly has never met me and certainly don’t know how incredibly shy I can be. For example, I was recently looking for a different style of photoshoot do to outside my norm and I came across a few photos on Pinterest (Yes, Pinterest. Follow me here -> https://goo.gl/MbBV4W ) of a few models in convenience stores/grocery stores and I thought that would be perfect. So I grabbed a couple of my friends and headed to the nearest grocery and convenience store. Was it weird trying to take photos while people were shopping? Yes. Did we get awkward stares? Yes. Were the results worth it? Yes.

I guess what I am trying to say is as cheesy as these quotes can sound, they are right. Step out of your comfort zone because sometimes the results can be worth it.
